For visual inspection, we use the most precise equipment available, including Leica and Mantis viewers. Our highly skilled operators will only accept the highest standards, and you can be sure that every PCB that leaves our factory has been rigorously checked.
For further verification of build quality, we use a DCB Automatic Supervision AOI machine for intensive inspection of positional accuracy, solder quality, and correct value.
Our test equipment gives us the ability to test efficiently and test quickly. So any production problems are spotted while they’re only a problem, not a crisis. Our background in testing - it’s the business we started in - means we have more experience than most in the field.
With our XJTAG boundary scan testing equipment we can quickly test circuits on PCBs for opens and shorts by accepting customer-supplied testing programs or writing our own.
Despite our experience, we’re not set in our ways. We’re happy to use our existing test set-up, to use customer-supplied test equipment, or to design and build a completely new test environment if required.
